Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026 · Operated by Archer Studios
1. Who we are
TravelIQ is operated by Archer Studios. This policy covers gettraveliq.com, the TravelIQ product, and agency websites hosted on the platform.
Two roles matter. For this marketing site and for platform accounts, we decide how data is used — we are the controller. For the client records a travel agency enters into its own TravelIQ workspace, the agency decides — it is the controller and we process on its behalf, under the Data Processing Addendum.
2. What we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, role, and agency for each person an agency authorizes to use the platform.
- Client records the agency enters. Traveler names and contact details, trip preferences the agency records — dietary needs, allergies, mobility, celebrations, room preferences — plus trips, bookings, and payment entries the agency types in. This data belongs to the agency; we hold it to run the service.
- Page-view analytics. A first-party beacon records which page was viewed and when, so an agency can see traffic to its own site. There is no third-party analytics script behind it.
- Lead form submissions. What a visitor types into a request or contact form — name, contact details, and the trip brief or message — delivered to the agency (or, on this site, to us) as a lead.
What we do not collect: payment card numbers. The platform takes no cards and stores none — card handling is deliberately not built.
3. How we use it
- To run the service: accounts, sites, leads, trips, commissions, and statements.
- To route a lead to the right advisor and put a first-contact clock on it.
- To send transactional email — request acknowledgements, review invitations, and reminders — from a verified sending domain.
- To respond when you contact us, and to fix problems in the service.
4. What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data. Not the agency's, not its clients', not yours.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the platform or on hosted agency sites. The only analytics is the first-party page-view beacon described above.
- We do not use one agency's client data for another agency's benefit.
5. Service providers
The platform runs on a small set of infrastructure providers: hosting, a database, and transactional email, plus two providers engaged only when an agency turns the matching feature on. The current list, with what each one does, is public at Subprocessors and changes only with notice.
6. Retention
We keep data while the account or agency it belongs to is active. When an agency leaves, its data is returned or deleted as the Data Processing Addendum describes. Lead submissions are kept as business records for the agency they were addressed to.
An agency can request an export of its data at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and we will respond.
One routing note: if your data was entered by a travel agency — you are their client — the agency is the controller of that record, so your request goes to the agency, and we help them fulfil it.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we give notice before the change takes effect; the date at the top is the current version’s. Questions reach us through the contact form — it lands with a person at Archer Studios.
