Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026 · Operated by Archer Studios
1. The service
TravelIQ is a software platform for travel agencies, operated by Archer Studios (“we”, “us”). It provides branded advisor websites, lead management, client records, trip and booking records, commission tracking and payout statements, and marketing tools, delivered as a hosted service at gettraveliq.com and on domains agencies connect to it.
In these terms, an “agency” is the business that subscribes to TravelIQ, and an “advisor” is an individual the agency authorizes to use it. These terms are an agreement between Archer Studios and the agency; advisors use the service under their agency’s subscription.
2. Accounts
An agency owner creates the agency’s account and invites advisor accounts under it. The agency is responsible for:
- keeping account credentials confidential, and for all activity under its accounts;
- deciding which advisors are authorized, and removing access when someone leaves;
- providing accurate account information and keeping it current.
We may suspend an account that puts the service, other agencies’ data, or other users at risk, and we will tell you why.
3. Acceptable use
Using TravelIQ, an agency and its advisors agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or in violation of others' rights;
- attempt to access another agency's data, probe or circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service's operation;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us;
- upload content the agency does not have the rights to publish, or content that is deceptive — including reviews or testimonials the agency knows to be fabricated;
- place abusive load on the service, including automated scraping of other agencies' pages.
Content an agency publishes through the platform — its pages, blog posts, reviews, and social-style posts — is the agency’s content and the agency’s responsibility.
4. Fees
TravelIQ is a subscription priced per advisor. We do not take a percentage of your commissions — what your agency earns on a booking is not our business model.
The specific fees, subscription term, and invoicing schedule for your agency are set out in your order or quote, not on this page. Fee changes take effect at your next renewal, with notice before they do.
5. Your data
The agency owns its data: its client records, trips, bookings, commission entries, and the content of its sites. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
- Export on request: ask, and you receive a copy of your agency's data in a portable format.
- We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
- We do not use one agency's client data to benefit another agency.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the agency’s order. We may also terminate for a material breach of these terms that goes uncured after notice.
On termination, we return or delete the agency’s data as described in the Data Processing Addendum. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — data ownership, liability limits, governing law — survive it.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranty we have not made expressly in writing.
To the extent permitted by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the service is capped at the fees the agency paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we give agencies notice before the new terms take effect, and continued use of the service after the effective date is acceptance of them. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [the company’s state of incorporation], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The bracketed venue is a visible placeholder: it will be filled in when these terms complete legal review, not before.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms reach us through the contact form — it lands with a person at Archer Studios.
