Guided tour

One piece of business, all the way through

Seven scenes, in the order they happen: a traveler asks, an advisor answers, a trip gets built, and the money lands where you can see it. Every scene links into the live demo — the real product on a sample agency, no signup.

Step 1

A lead arrives — with the whole brief

A traveler sends a request from your site and it lands as a lead with everything attached: party, dates, budget tier, must-dos. A request from an advisor's own site goes straight to that advisor; company-site requests land with the admin — unless the traveler named a planner who books that destination.

Step 2

The first-contact clock is already running

Every lead carries a 24-business-hour first-contact clock, measured Monday to Friday, 9am–9pm Central. The dashboard shows on track, due soon, and overdue at a glance — the ones about to slip are on the board, not in someone's memory.

Step 3

The trip gets built and moves through stages

Quote → paid → confirmed → traveled. Every trip is a full record — travelers, dates, supplier, value, confirmation number — with an automatic log of who changed what. Pick the supplier product and the final-payment deadline fills in, plus the date to collect from the client five days earlier.

Step 4

The commission is on the booking from day one

The advisor records what the booking should pay and how it splits. When the supplier remits, the admin records what actually arrived — and a shortfall is flagged for the owner alone. Advisors never see the agency's cut, the gross, or the supplier rate; that's enforced on the server, not hidden in the browser.

Step 5

The payout batch settles the week

Commissions settle into weekly Monday-to-Sunday batches — one statement per advisor, listing only that advisor's own share. A supplier that pays late rolls into a future payout instead of rewriting a settled statement.

Step 6

The advisor edits their own site — in place

Click a headline on the live page, type, publish. Advisors keep their profile, blog and reviews current without a ticket or a developer, and the owner decides whose site launches.

Step 7

The owner sees the whole board

Per-advisor performance, supplier reconciliation and a year-end summary, exportable. Set a revenue goal for the agency and per advisor — each advisor sees only their own.
