Same booking, split four ways

TravelIQ splits a commission across up to four participants and resolves every share to the exact cent — no penny lost, none invented. The advisor payout of $350 from above, with an editable example split:

The four shares sum to exactly $350 — indivisible cents go to the largest remainders, the same way the ledger settles them. 40/30/20/10 is an editable example, not a recommendation.

Beyond the arithmetic

The calculator does math. The product does the bookkeeping.

This page computes one booking. TravelIQ carries the same numbers on every booking you write — and then tracks what actually happens to them.

Expected vs actual
Advisors record what a booking should pay; the admin records what actually arrived from the supplier. A shortfall is flagged for the owner alone — advisors never see the agency's side.
Splits and referrals
Split a commission across up to four participants, or route a referral between two advisors — every share resolved to the exact cent, like the split above.
Clawbacks
A cancelled trip's commission becomes a negative entry that nets against the advisor's next payout — no awkward asking-for-money-back email.
Weekly payout batches
Commissions settle into Monday-to-Sunday batches, one statement per advisor, listing only that advisor's own share. A late remittance rolls into a future payout instead of altering a settled statement.
