What we've shipped

TravelIQ is young, and this is its honest build log — real milestones, newest first, no version-number theater. If it's here, it happened.

  1. August 12, 2026

The full marketing site + founding-agency program

Everything you are reading — product pages, solutions, pricing with the real roster-bracket model, migration guides, calculators, this changelog — written against a capability inventory that traced every claim through the code. Alongside it, the founding-agency program: the first agencies onboard directly with the people who built the platform.

  2. August 11, 2026

Platform host routing + honest home page

TravelIQ was built to run on its own domain, gettraveliq.com, serving the platform's pages separately from the agencies that run on it. That domain is not live yet. The home page shipped with a rule that shaped everything after it: no invented logos, no fabricated testimonials, no numbers nothing measured.

  3. August 10, 2026

Mission Control (operator console) + one-click demo provisioning + white-label core

The operator console for running client agencies — lifecycle controls, support inbox, onboarding, an append-only audit log — plus an eleven-step resumable provisioning engine, currently running in demo mode, and the white-label core that gives a new agency its own brand, its own empty dashboards, and a fail-closed boundary from day one.

  4. August 4, 2026

    Operations build complete

Commissions with expected-vs-actual and weekly payout batches, payments and cancellation rules, the lead pipeline with its 24-business-hour first-contact clock, reviews with owner approval, training cycles, and revenue targets — all 51 of the owner's operational decisions, shipped as decided. This is the machinery the platform sells.

  5. Earlier

Ticket To Ride live on the platform

Before TravelIQ had a name, it was the system running one real agency: ticket2ride.co — every page, lead, booking, and payout. That agency is still the founding client, and the product is still shaped by what running it demands.
