1. Current subprocessors

These are the service providers that process data on our behalf to run TravelIQ. This is the whole list — there is no analytics network, advertising platform, or data broker behind it.

Vercel

Hosting and content delivery for the platform and for hosted agency sites.

When: Always — every request is served through it.

Supabase

Database and authentication: agency records, accounts, and access control.

When: Always — it holds the production data.

Resend

Transactional email — request acknowledgements, review invitations, and reminders — sent from a verified sending domain.

When: Whenever the service sends email.

Anthropic

AI features, where the platform offers them.

When: Only when an agency switches AI features on. Not engaged for agencies that haven't.

Stripe

Payment processing, where the platform offers it.

When: Only when an agency enables payment features. Not engaged for agencies that haven't.

Neither Anthropic nor Stripe receives any data from an agency that has not enabled the matching feature — the platform is built to run fully without them.

2. How this list changes

We give agencies notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, as the Data Processing Addendum describes, and an agency may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current list.
