For agency owners

Know your margin.
Not just your revenue.

You don't need another dashboard that shows bookings. You need to know what your agency actually made, what's still owed, and whether your advisors are set up to succeed. TravelIQ gives you all three in one view.

What you get

The owner's view of the whole business

Everything below is owner-scoped. Advisors get their own slice — and only their own: the separation is enforced on the server, not hidden in the browser.

Earned, paid, outstanding — agency-wide
Every booking carries its expected commission and its split from the day it's written. The ledger shows what the agency has earned, what has been paid out, and what suppliers still owe — across the whole roster, without a spreadsheet.
Reconciliation with a flag only you see
Your advisors record what they expect each booking to pay. You record what actually arrived when the supplier remits. When actual comes in under expected, the booking is flagged — for you alone. Advisors never see the gross, the agency's cut, the supplier rate, or the flag; none of it is sent to their browser.
Weekly payout batches, settled statements
Commissions pay out in weekly Monday-to-Sunday batches — one statement per advisor, listing only that advisor's own share. A late remittance rolls into a future payout; it never rewrites a settled statement.
Roster control, end to end
Add an advisor and the system creates their profile, their login and a branded invite. You set each split, you decide when their site launches, and when someone leaves, offboarding moves every lead, client and booking to whoever picks them up.
Targets that respect the hierarchy
Set a revenue goal for the agency and one per advisor. Each advisor sees only their own; you see them all. And there is no default figure — no benchmark we invented pretends to know your business.
See it running

Your whole agency's margin, in one dashboard

What the commissions view shows: expected against actual for every booking, the week's Monday-to-Sunday payout batch, and the under-expected flag — the one column an advisor's browser is never sent.

“I can see what every booking should pay us, what actually arrived, and what's still owed — without opening a spreadsheet. Month-end went from a weekend to a glance.”
