For operations

Every lead, owned.
Every clock, visible.

Routing that doesn't need a referee, a first-contact clock measured in business hours, and a roster where transfers, training and targets all have one place to live — instead of living in whoever remembered.

What you get

The controls operations actually runs

Not another report to read — the rules, clocks and queues you set once and then hold people to.

Routing rules that don't need a referee
A request from an advisor's own site goes straight to that advisor. A company-site request lands with the admin — unless the traveler named a planner who actually books that destination. Nothing is silently auto-assigned to whoever's next; every assignment is a rule you can point at.
A first-contact clock in business hours
Every lead starts a 24-business-hour clock, measured Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm Central — a weekend inquiry doesn't burn its window overnight. The board shows on track, due soon and overdue at a glance.
An escalation you run — not one you hope runs
When a lead goes overdue, the escalation sweep can nudge the advisor, alert the owner, and hand the lead to someone else with a fresh clock. You trigger the sweep; it doesn't run itself, and we won't tell you it does.
Transfers with a reason, duplicates with a flag
Advisors request a client transfer with a reason attached; only an owner approves it and chooses who receives the client. Possible duplicates are flagged for a human decision — never silently merged. Deleting a client is owner-only, and blocked while any trip is on file.
Training cycles that never grandfather
Set the agency's annual certifications once. Each advisor works their own queue and marks their own completions, stamped with the year they satisfied. Rolling to a new cycle is one deliberate click — and last year's completions never quietly carry over.
Targets, scoped to the seat
A revenue goal for the agency and one per advisor. Each advisor sees only their own number; you see the whole wall.
See it running

The lead board, mid-morning

The lead board: every open request with its first-contact clock — on track, due soon, overdue. The clock counts 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm Central, so nobody is punished for a Saturday-night inquiry.

“A request used to sit in the shared inbox until someone claimed it. Now it lands with the right advisor with the whole brief attached, and I can see the clock running.”
